Mathematics Teacher (ECT)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Maths department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best through engaging teaching
* Use assessment data to inform planning and monitor student progress
* Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and department resources
* Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including CPD and enrichment
Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
