Get in the Game: Dive into the Role
Step up as our Customer Development Executive and implement and execute with excellence the 5Ps in the Points of Sale, detect opportunities and capitalize them through value proposals. Strengthen our relationships with the decision makers of the points of sale to support the fulfillment of the sales objectives, share of market, share of shelf and Share of Exhibition.

Your Mission: What You Will Do

-Implement and Execute with excellence the 5Ps in the Points of Sale, detect opportunities and capitalize them through value proposals.
-Strengthen our relationships with the decision makers of the points of sale to support the fulfillment of the sales objectives, share of market, share of shelf and Share of Exhibition.
-Group leader and facilitator of Call Value System accomplishment.

Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
-3+ years of experience in sales within the traditional trade and solid experience in the mass consumption industry.
-Leadership skills as people manager.
-Excel/sheet Management of pivot tables.
-Intermediate - Advanced English level.
-Driving experience and active Driver's license.

-Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all levels.
-Financial acumen and analytical prowess.
-Experience with projects and / or people management.
