The Opportunity

Tullow is offering an exciting opportunity within the HR team. Reporting to the
SuccessFactors/Fieldglass Lead/Architect, we are looking for a dynamic HR & Systems Analyst to join us on a
Permanent
(hybrid) basis, located at our office in Chiswick, London.

 

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing efficient HR administrative support to the HR team, Reward & Mobility Team, Managers and Employees, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of a responsive, timely and proactive service. 

Apply HR processes consistently and maintain highly accuracy and reliable data,. Provide ad hoc support to the HR team such as supporting the production of presentation material and input into project management.

Be the first point of contact for all systems/reporting related queries as an HR superuser. To support delivery of the annual systems calender e.g. Performance, Compensation, Success & Talent by being responsible for testing, data quality and training materials. To monitor integrations and ensure that data is being transmitted correctly to downstream system

Deliver HR reporting on a weekly/monthly basis, including the monthly resource planning and cost forecasting.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

-Provide HR Administrative support to manage queries/requests from internal and external customers with the aim of resolving queries at first point of contact, across the full employment lifecycle. Escalate as required.
-Resolve queries in a timely and appropriate manner and provides updates on status/progress to the relevant parties accordingly, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service.
-Responsible for document management and generation of all letters, offers & contracts and other documents produced by or received by HR Services including management of employee folders.
-Prepare documents as required, using pre-agreed templates. Maintain templates and standard letters ensuring they are up to date and in line with current employment legislation/ regulations.
-Manage the delivery of employee briefings, such as inductions, exit interviews, maternity and paternity cases.
-Handle GDPR requests as per defined process escalating where required and manage GDPR folder within agreed retention timelines.
-Support the Reward team with payroll inputs in a concise and timely manner.
-Administer, monitor and evaluate the provision of employee benefits and act as first line of support to all employees for any queries.
-Co-ordinate local and international recruitment activity in support of the Talent Acquisition team.
-Initiate and coordinate pre-employment medicals, background screening.
-Provide timely support for internal and external HR audit requests on a local and international basis.
-Ensure all HR policies, procedures and processes are followed consistently.
-Participate in HR projects where needed

-To monitor integrations and intervene should any anomalies be identified, ensuring that data is being transmitted correctly to downstream system
-Deliver HR reporting on a weekly/monthly basis, including the monthly resource planning and cost forecasting.
-Maintain and manage data held within HR systems including highly accurate data entry
-Responsible for maintaining up to date HR related system platforms such as leave management system ‘Who’s off’ and recognition system, ‘Celebration Hub’ plus learning management systems
-Responsible for maintaining organisation charts reflecting changes in a timely manner.
-Raise SAP purchase orders when required.

-Ability to support the HR team and produce good quality PowerPoint presentations.
-Work proactively with colleagues across the HR function to ensure an integrated approach to HR service & Systems delivery.
-Contribute towards identification of continuous improvement across areas of remit.
-Perform in line with the Company values.
 

Experience & Education

Excellent knowledge as an HR superuser of SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central, Compensation and Recruitment.

Experience of Reporting / Creating Dashboard and comfortable with data manipulation and calculations.
