Your new role
The Executive & Business Support Partner will provide high level executive support to the General Manager ensuring diaries, priorities and commitments are seamlessly managed ensuring that the GM is fully prepared for every meeting and event. At the same time, this dual role will work closely with the Director of Strategy & Analytics, the GM office team and other senior stakeholders across the affiliate in managing and implementing critical projects helping ensure the successful execution of UK affiliates strategic priorities. You will join the Executive office part of the Strategy & Analytics team and report directly to the Director of Strategy & Analytics.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you the following:
-Previous EA or executive support experience at a senior level gained in a fast-paced setting with strong project planning and execution experience in a large corporate environment, preferably with knowledge of project management methodologies and tools as well as MS Office Suite
-Strong analytical skills for business reporting and creating high-quality presentations.
-Ability to travel to support meetings/events as needed.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
-Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration. Able to quickly build credibility with all colleagues and external stakeholders whilst remaining professional and committed to confidentiality.
A degree in a relevant field is desired yet not a must for this role, together familiarity with process improvement and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
