The day to day

-Build and implement enterprise-wide frameworks for identifying, assessing, managing, and resolving data incidents.
-Develop and lead initiatives to improve data resilience, including proactive risk identification, scenario planning, and recovery strategies.
-Act as the main point of contact for reporting data incidents and communicating with internal collaborators.
-Lead coordination across data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, legal, and business units during incident response.
-Establish and monitor critical metrics for data incident management and resilience.
-Build and mentor a high-performing team passionate about data incident response and resilience.
 

Why you are our next Associate Director - Data Resilience & Incident Management

-You have a deep understanding of data management technologies and standard methodologies.
-You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
-Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills distinguish you.
-You possess familiarity with data incident management tools and platforms.
-You possess practical understanding of data analytics, architecture, and data lifecycle management.
-Certifications in risk, data governance, or incident response (e.g., CIPP, CRISC, CDMP) are a plus.
-Your knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management, SPAM Act, Privacy Law, etc., is outstanding.
