Sephora is seeking for a Retail Network Project Manager in full time in our HQ in Düsseldorf, that will play a pivotal role shaping Sephora’s Brick & Mortar footprint across the DENS Hub. This role involves orchestrating all aspects of new store openings and renovations: from accompanying site identification process and lease negotiations to construction management and project completion.  The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and connector, with proven experience managing in complex projects, budgets, and stakeholders. 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: 

Your main task will be:

-Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects such as openings, re-locations, renovations, or other B+M driven projects
-Support evaluation of and negotiation for potential new store locations with thorough site checks and evaluate project technical feasibility and timings.
-Oversee all aspects of the projects from design and construction to installation and final handover.
-Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
-Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources and timelines, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
-Ensure alignment with the Sephora Design Book, compliance procedure, quality of the project, budget and project timeline.
-Regular site visits as required by the projects.
-Internal and external communication with the different stakeholders (Architectural firm, General Contractor, Owner or Landlords, Official Intendents and Internal stakeholders).
-Orchestrate the responsible teams from Offer, Supply Chain and Logistic to ensure the timely availability of products and supplies.
-Organize store implementation together with Retail team and HQ support.
-Involvement in and realization of other Retail Projects.

-You will be a part of the DENS Retail Operations Team, reporting into the Senior Retail Operations & Project Manager

-You champion collaboration between various departments such as Finance, Offer, Retail, Supply Chain, Trade, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including DENS CODIR and Sephora Europe team in Paris

-You love to spend time in stores to see the needs of retail teams, help to implement and ensure excellent execution
-You travel within DENS (Germany, Scandinavia, Switzerland) periodically to your team and to visit our stores

Experience & Technical Skills

-At least 2-3 years in retail expansion, real estate development or project management or architectural experience (or equal)
-Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
-Profound experience in budget planning, management and reporting
-Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments
-Willingness to travel frequently within the DENS hub will be required
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel 
-Fluent in English and German, additional languages plus
