Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the financial operations team, ensuring robust VAT compliance and reconciliation that aligns with the company's global mission.

* Oversee project and change management initiatives aimed at system upgrades and process transformations to achieve international operational excellence in finance.
Requirements:
* Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Multiple years of progressive finance experience, including experience in direct people management
* Good experience with the record-to-report process and continuous improvement
* Experience with VAT compliance and account reconciliation processes
* Experience within a large multinational organisation
* Fluent level of English
