A well-regarded prep school in Camden is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 6 child with challenging behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner to make a real difference and contribute to a supportive school environment.
The Role:
Provide consistent 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil with behavioural needs

Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively
*
Support the child's academic, emotional, and social development
*
Work closely with the SENCo and class teacher to deliver tailored support
Requirements:
Strong experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant (KS2 preferred)

Restraint/Team Teach/Positive Handling training (or equivalent) - essential
*
Ability to remain calm, resilient, and consistent under pressure
*
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
*
Available to start immediately and commit on a full-time basis
