Be a Part of Something BIG!
-Automate AIDA’s code deployment process through implementing CI/CD pipeline
-Integrate GenAI tools and practices into AIDA’s development workflow
-Support security and compliance process as part of development workflow and regular audit
-Collaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery processes
Make an Impact by:
-Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using selected tooling
-Implement security-by-design principles across build, test, release, and deployment stages
-Introduce automation for secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance validation
-Implement security baselines and controls for code repositories, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
-Implement and monitor secure artifact and container registries
-Explore and implement use cases for GenAI in secure software development (e.g., AI-assisted code review, automated documentation, security linting)
-Implement guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes
-Provide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams
-Contribute to operational readiness, observability, and incident response playbooks related to platform deployments
Skills for Success:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
-1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOps
-Experience with implementing and operating Atlassian, GitLab and/or Azure DevOps platforms
-Understanding of cloud security practices, networking, and access control in hybrid environments
-Knowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot
-Clear communicator who can explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
-Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
