Get in the Game: Dive into the Role
As Dental Sales Representative in Mexico City you will influence, build and demand generation with dental professionals to make our company oral care and professional products as integral part of their practice! This position collaborates with accounts in an assigned geographic territory, we have different types of accounts which are defined as general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, pharmacies and dental distributors/depots.
Your Mission: What You Will Do

-Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts.
-Build relationships with key partners to achieve business results in recommendations and sales.
-Apply the Triple Win or PES methodology (sales skills) to communicate products, technologies and science to influence dentists to generate the demand for professional products sought at specific points of sale.
-Demand generation model & products benefits for Dental Professional and Clerks.
-Use tools and analyze data to optimize coverage and frequency of detailed visits.
-Leverage sales force distribution to increase sampling with face to face contact with visited and unvisited accounts.
Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Administration, Marketing, Social Communication or related.
-1+ years of experience in commercial areas or similar positions.
-Experience in oral health or pharmaceutical agent.
-Intermediate English.
-Active driver’s license.

-Presentation techniques
-Supervising management of NDDD or ATV data
-Analytical and problem solving skills, together with the ability to predict / respond to immediate professional situations of the external and internal OC environment
