Position Overview

The HMA/Quality Control Administrator provides general support to the Hot Mix Asphalt line of business as well as the Quality Control Department and related stakeholders. The person will conduct the role in an effective, confidential, and efficient manner, while demonstrating the highest quality service possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

-Responsible for own personal safety at all times, as well as maintaining the highest standard of safety and quality in all aspects of the job. Be familiar with and follow the CRH Life Saving Rules.
-Collaborate with operations, sales and quality control.
-Data entry into Peak, Prism, Apex and Informatica programs to ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
-Manage and review all operations and quality data to maintain quality and efficiencies.
-Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
-Regular and timely attendance
 

Education/Experience

-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
-Proven ability to develop relationships and to work with teams.
-Strong skill base in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs.
 

 Requirements

-Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
-Strict adherence to the Pennsy Supply, Inc. Safety Manual.
-Strict adherence to the Pennsy Supply, Inc. policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
-Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as assigned.
