Job Summary

The Process Lead will oversee and drive ongoing Advance Metering Infrastructure Governance Framework, providing analytical support, process leadership, and business alignment.  This role is responsible for ensuring that AMI data and governance practices support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. 
The Process Lead will develop, maintain, and monitor governance processes, reporting structures and quality controls to ensure accurate, timely and trusted data. Process Lead will collaborate across multiple business units, lead AMI Use Case workshops and ensure that AMI Governance program activities are aligned with company strategy and customer needs. 
This role also oversees the calculation and communication of our AMI Benefits Realization work. This includes the tracking of the $2B in savings filed with our AMI business case. 

Job Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage the AMI Governance Framework to ensure alignment with business strategies and regulatory compliance
•    Lead workshops to review, obtain and document AMI Use Case requirements and stakeholder approvals 
•    Analyze and maintain benefits and obligations reporting, including monthly and ad-hoc data collection
•    Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and repots to provide timely insights for leadership and stakeholders
•    Serve as SME for AMI data governance, supporting technical teams and process owners
•    Perform quality checks on AMI data collection to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards 
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, contractors, and consultants to address open issues and deliver outcomes
•    Support the development and continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and reporting standards
•    Provide analytical insights, recommendations, and updates to senior management 
•    Foster a culture of integrity, diversity, teamwork, and accountability across departmental initiatives

Job Specific Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years relevant professional work experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
-Demonstrated communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and Power Point and PowerBi.
-Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical capability, and financial acumen with the ability to analyze operations and make sound judgments with limited information.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
-Experience and understanding of control concepts and expectations of internal/external auditors.
-Demonstrated project management skills.
-Operational experience with processes within a Customer Care or related process.
-Demonstrated experience identifying customer needs and communicating accordingly.
Desired:

-Knowledge of Metering, specifically
-AMI technology and systems. 
-MBA.
-5-7 years Customer Care experience
-Supervisory experience.
-Data lake experience
-Experience with Governance programs, tracking and metrics
