Summary
Location:
Remote from the Northeast or Chicago, IL

The Sr. Associate Field Marketing Manager creates demand and leverage wins in the marketplace, whether it’s with contractors, builders, or dealers. The role supports the North Division, including the following priority metros: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Chicago, and Minneapolis.  This position will grow the number of contractors pitching Hardie to homeowners, while defending our current business and enabling contractors in growth-mode. This role is also responsible for helping to win the hearts and minds of dealer .sales reps, building their confidence to promote Hardie to contractors and builders.  This role reports to the Director of Marketing – Pro Channel, with a dotted line to the Sr Director of Sales – North Division. The sales team is the #1 customer for this role. This position will also partner with a broad cross-functional team, including business segment leaders, the marketing team, sales operations, and events management.  The position can be based in any major metropolitan area in the Northeast or located in Chicago. Travel is expected to be approximately 30%

What You’ll Do:
-Accelerate market development and sales growth with a primary focus on converting competitive siding opportunities (vinyl and wood siding, primarily) to Hardie fiber cement products.
-Regionally deploy marketing strategies and tools in support of company growth goals.
-Gain a good understanding of our target Customers, Contractors, and Consumers (homeowners), and help to develop compelling customer and market programs to enable market share growth.
-Partner with central marketing team to execute strategic email communications to the trade.
-Partner with sales teams to drive increased contractor acquisition and alignment through execution of local events.
-Develop case studies and capture wins to fuel growth in the market.
-Communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Bring:
-Bachelor's Degree required (must be from an accredited institution). Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
-7 to 10 years of marketing experience
-2+ years business to business (B2B) marketing focus
-Experience creating, executing and managing multiple project plans and integrated marketing campaigns at once
-Proven ability to effectively navigate through ambiguous situations
-Able to manage and motivate people through influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of people
-Ability to travel 30%

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $81,000.00 to $102,000.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits, and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
