a high-end architectural and design studio in Dubai, is seeking a hands-on Associate Lead Technical Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with an assertive and friendly personality, who enjoys coaching junior team members. The studio focuses on culturally resonant and environmentally friendly projects, and they are seeking someone with extensive experience in the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a hands-on technical design and architectural expert.

Lead an in-house team of 2-4 senior technical architects.
*
Manage 1 to 3 projects in parallel, depending on experience.
*
Lead technical/delivery teams in the implementation of Architectural SD, DD, TD, and IFC packages.
*
Oversee value engineering (VE) processes, technical-construction details, and specifications.
*
Be client-facing from the SD (Schematic Design) to IFC (Issued for Construction) stages.
*
Draft architectural specifications, adhering to British Standards and other relevant regulations.
*
Report directly to the Operations Director.
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 years of experience as a licensed architect or architectural technician, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.

Extensive experience leading technical/delivery teams in the UAE.
*
Deep knowledge of the UAE material supply market.
*
Proven experience in high-end residential design, including single buildings, master plans, or villas. Experience in hospitality and mixed-use projects is a plus.

Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit). AutoCAD skills are mandatory, and Revit is a plus.
*
Strong presentation and communication skills.
*
Must be based in the UAE or have extensive prior experience in the country.
