Position Overview:
The Diagnostic Technician will be responsible for accurately diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues across a wide range of vehicles. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fixing vehicles right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostic testing on electrical and mechanical vehicle systems. Identify root causes of drivability issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools, scanners, and software. Perform test drives and verify completed repairs. Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to communicate findings. Maintain accurate repair and diagnostic records. Stay current with evolving automotive technology and training.

Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems including electrical, engine management, and emissions. Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic software, and electrical testing equipment. ASE Certifications (A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems, AB Engine Performance) preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
