About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious, results-driven and passionate experienced Omnichannel Shopper Manager to join our Northern Europe Hub Marketing Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will use data and consumer insights to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, both in store and online, that bring our brands to life and grow our business.

What you will do

-Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop effective strategies to convert shoppers at all points of purchase across the consumer journey. You will turn Brand Marketing plans into omnichannel campaigns, aligned with our Attention, Consideration, Purchase, Loyalty (ACPL) plans, customer growth strategies, and channel/customer specific shopper insights. You will manage the full project lifecycle and drive engagement and sales conversion by delivering innovative shopper experiences tailored for the right people, at the right time, at the right touchpoint, with the right message.

-Project Management:
Project manage all shopper marketing execution within timelines and budgets. This includes briefing agencies, adhering to customer guidelines, managing legal & marketing artwork approvals, and ensuring excellent implementation in-store and online.

-Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor and share the performance of shopper marketing activities and budgets across all points of purchase (in-store and online) and leverage shopper insights to refine and optimize plans to maximize ROI. 

-Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely and collaboratively with our retail partners and agencies, as well as internally with our brand marketing and customer development teams. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders will be key to your success.

-Digital Campaign Management:
Manage campaigns through sponsored search platforms like Citrus and Criteo, executing monthly analysis and optimizing campaigns across retailer sites. You will also brief, create, and optimize digital campaigns (on-site and off-site) for our retailers.

-Expertise & Coaching:
Continuously learn and develop as a Shopper Marketing professional, monitoring and staying ahead of industry trends. You will act as the go-to expert for the commercial team, coaching them on the latest shopper marketing strategies.

What you will bring to the team

-Proven FMCG Experience:
A strong background in the packaged goods industry, with a track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that deliver on key business goals.

-Omnichannel Expertise:
You have a deep understanding of shopper journeys, both in-store and online. You've successfully managed digital campaigns and have a firm grasp of the retail environment. Experience with UK retailers like Boots or Superdrug is a bonus.

-Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
You're obsessed with the shopper and use data to make informed decisions. You know how to monitor campaign performance, optimize plans, and report on progress effectively. You have a proven ability to champion new initiatives, gain buy-in across the organization, and implement new ideas effectively.

-Strong Communicator & Collaborator:
You're a natural at building relationships and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.
