Permanent Contrat – Global HR Controlling Director

You will play a crucial role in the strategic management of human resources. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning, consolidating, monitoring, and analyzing personnel-related costs across Sephora. From managing staff cost budgets and hypothesis to producing financial reports and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), your expertise will directly contribute to cost control and informed decision-making regarding human capital management. You will be instrumental in our HR controlling journey at global level:

-Develop staff cost analytics capabilities at global level:

-to consolidate all the staff cost of Sephora and the hypotheses of evolution
-to monitor the evolution and understand the changes
-to provide to global HR & Leaders the main insights allowing us to manage and take decision on the staff cost

-Lead a global team of HR professionals responsible for the HQ global staff cost management (1expert).
-Partner closely with internal stakeholders at Sephora to establish appropriate governance and practices, strong partnership & ensure high quality and accuracy. Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment on staff cost figure (budget and actual).
-Reinforce staff cost ownership across the HR function. Develop change management strategy and enhance our HR capability.
-Manage special projects (e.g. automation, supporting data entry, introduction of new tools…)
-Join forces with LVMH on the development and deployment of group tools & initiatives– to best represent Sephora’s needs.

-Minimum of 8 years of experience at a global company, with a focus on staff cost management
-General: This role is a blend of hands on data tasks and executive level work. To succeed you will enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
-Proficiency statistical methods and techniques to analyze data, ability to interpret and present findings.
-Skills in cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and consistency, ability to handle missing data, outliers, and data anomalies.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international matrix environment.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, skills in balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex insights to non-financial stakeholders with the ability to establish strong working relationships with HR, finance and IT stakeholders, and work across networks, functions, and geographies.
-Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
-Fluent English and French.
