Your new role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Representative to cover the North East of Belgium. You will promote our innovative portfolio, mainly within diabetes and obesity, to healthcare professionals (HCPs), while ensuring business growth and lasting partnerships.
You will be dedicated to the following regions: 161 Geel, 162 Herentals, 262 Diest, 270 Tienen and Sint Truiden en Beringen area’s. 741+742.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Promote our products to general practitioners to achieve sales growth and market share targets.
-Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across your territory.
-Implement marketing strategies and ensure effective territory management.
-Organise and manage physical/virtual events in line with budgets and plans.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
-Accurately report activities and leverage digital tools (IO Engage, MCE, QlikSense) to drive insights and engagement.
-Ensure compliance with KPIs, safety reporting, and administrative requirements
Your new department
As a valued member of our North East sales team, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of 7 medical representatives, engaging in discussions with general practitioners. You will have the opportunity to report directly to our Field Sales Manager. At Novo Nordisk BeLux, we are experiencing dynamic growth and building the business for long term.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a new Medical Representative who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
-Past experience working as a Medical Representative.
-Background in diabetes, obesity or cardiology would be an asset.
-Strong relationship-building skills with resilience to gain GP trust quickly.
-Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
