x2728; Job Advert - Freelance Scrum Master - West Flanders (Belgium)
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (Freelance) to guide and coach an international DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security team. This is a full-time, 6-month contract (40 hours per week) with a fixed end date and potential for extension.
The team you'll support an international team, collaborating closely with IT, the Security Office, and R&D management. This role requires excellent facilitation skills, a strong focus on agile delivery, and the ability to keep a distributed team aligned on priorities.
Your Responsibilities
Coach and mentor the team to become self-organizing and highly effective.

Identify and remove impediments to progress.
*
Facilitate stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, and planning sessions, ensuring the team stays focused and productive.

Safeguard agile practices and processes (e.g. Definition of Done).
*
Work closely with the Product Owner to align priorities and maximize value delivery.
Your Profile
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a leadership role within a Kanban team.

Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, infrastructure, and ideally product/cybersecurity.
*
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across international teams.
*
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and balance multiple stakeholder expectations.
