Role Highlights:
* Facilitate healing sessions including breathwork, meditation, yoga, and massage
* Design follow-up resources to support ongoing guest wellness after their stay
* Create engaging wellness content to amplify our brand's reach
* Curate and manage the island's wellness retail experience
* Collaborate on growing and mentoring a dedicated wellness team
Ideal Candidate:
* Caribbean experience is a MUST
* Holds certifications in multiple healing practices
* Emotionally intelligent and trauma-aware
* Committed to a balanced, mindful lifestyle
* Skilled communicator and natural leader
* Available to live full-time on the island
