MAINTENANCE MANAGER - PRIVATE ISLAND RESORT
Location: British Virgin Islands
Salary: $78,000 USD + Bonuses
Join a luxury wellness resort in the BVI as Maintenance Manager . You'll lead all property systems - electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water, pools, boats, vehicles - and oversee a skilled team to keep operations running safely and smoothly.
What You'll Do:
* Manage all maintenance across the island
* Lead team scheduling, inventory, and preventative plans
* Handle contractors, emergencies, and infrastructure upkeep
* Support sustainability and energy systems
You Bring:
* Caribbean experience is a MUST
* 5+ years in facilities or technical leadership
* Hands-on knowledge of key systems
* Strong team management and problem-solving skills
