Position Overview

Reporting to the CRH AMAT Northeast Division VP Performance Management, the Division Aggregates Performance Manager will be responsible for providing operational performance management and continuous improvement support according to the needs and opportunities of the Division’s management teams. This Aggregates specific position will be engaged frequently at the Operating Company Plant level, sometimes for extended periods of time.  In addition, the Performance Manager may be engaged in capability building activities such as needs assessments, training, and/or coaching individuals or teams in areas of competency or skills relating to performance management on a Group and Division basis.

Location: The role is primarily remote with some hybrid elements.
You will support our Northeast Division and can be based in various locations, including NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, NH, RI, or ME. There are expectations to visit our locations throughout the Northeast regularly.  

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

-Proactively and reactively coach as required to ensure success of intended outcomes
-Validate, and if necessary, challenge implementation plans to ensure scope, goals, and assignments are aligned to established objectives
-Work on ad hoc projects as directed
 

Qualifications

Education/Experience

-5+ years in Aggregate Plant operations. 
-Demonstrated leadership skills at front line and management levels
-Has an in-depth knowledge of the business
-Keeps up with current and possible future practices and trends
-Uses knowledge of business drivers and how strategies play out to guide actions
-Scans environment for technical skills, knowledge or capabilities that can benefit business
-Familiarity with Aggregate Processing Fundamentals, Fixed Plant Maintenance, Mine Planning, Quality Control, Mine Planning, and Drilling & Blasting highly desired
-Proven ability to develop relationships and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant
