-Base Salary for HR Advisor: $59K – $65K plus profit sharing
Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, MO . As the HR Advisor, you will:

-Provide support to HR and Plant management
style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"-
-Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
-Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees
-Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner
style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"-
-Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried roles
-Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels meet production demands
style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"-
-Support position management, preboarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training
-Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with corporate HR
-Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

-Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources or
Administrative role
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
-Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
