Are you an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor ready to lead a small team in a growing electronics company?

We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader with a strong technical background in electronics to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, you will be responsible for:

* Team Leadership: Managing, training, and motivating a small team of Assemblers to meet daily production targets.
* Hands-On Production: Actively participating in the production process, acting as a technical resource for your team.
* Production Planning: Coordinating and scheduling production, requiring close collaboration with the Sales and Purchasing departments.
* Quality & Process Control: Taking ownership of process adherence, quality checks, and managing inventory/stock control.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing new work processes and CI initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

What You'll Need

* Experience: Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or equivalent, including strong people management skills.
* Technical Background: A solid, hands-on background in electronics assembly, with proficiency in soldering being essential.
* Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
