Warehouse Operative and Van Driver
Based in Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard
We are currently recruiting for a permanent warehouse operative and van driver for our client in Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard.
As a knowledgeable warehouse operative and van driver, you will undertake the following tasks:
* Unpack all goods received from suppliers, book them onto our system and store them in the correct warehouse locations
* Check all goods receipts and highlight any damaged or missing items
* Pick all customer orders from the warehouse, book them onto our system and pack them ready for dispatch
* Carry out monthly stock checks to ensure accurate stock records and highlight any slow-moving items
* Support the business on other ad hoc tasks and projects as the need arises
* Support our delivery teams with the put-away of high-volume products at customers' premises
* Pick and pack products for customer delivery and load vehicles from our warehouse, ensuring all is accurately recorded on our ERP system
* Deliver Items to customers Premises once or twice a week driving the company van
Hours of work will vary between a 5am start when delivery driving and 8am when working in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving licence and be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes, apply today!
