The Role:
As a Commercial Director you would be leading a company's commercial strategy and execution, focusing on driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability. This role involves developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing sales and marketing teams, building customer relationships, and conducting market research.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing revenue growth plans across products, services, and regions
* Managing sales teams and partnerships; setting and tracking performance targets
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
* Overseeing budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting
* Collaborating with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior commercial, procurement, or supply chain leadership role
* Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate large-scale contracts
* Expertise in sourcing, purchasing, and category management
* Experience developing and executing pricing, margin, and promotional strategies
* Strong understanding of logistics, demand planning, and inventory optimization
