We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodland Manor Apartments. This position will work within a maintenance team to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
Assist with resident work orders in apartments. Assist with turnover of apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties. Rotating On-Call in the local area. May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
