Job Summary:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Bechtel’s Corporate Construction initiatives. This position is responsible for leading and supporting strategic programs that enhance construction performance, workforce development, and operational excellence across global projects. You will act as a team advisor and program expert in the coordination of construction programs and initiatives You will own and develop programs that address the global development needs of construction professionals. You will analyze metrics and feedback and recommend improvements and initiatives to support alignment with business strategy and ensure program objectives are met.

Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead Construction Committee Meetings (CCM), including triannual evaluations to enhance team capabilities.

Manage recognition programs such as CTOY, Hardhat Excellence Awards, and Leadership Coin to celebrate team achievements.

Organize quarterly Construction Live events and seminars to foster learning and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain job architecture to support structured career development within the construction function.

Lead functional training initiatives, including career paths and training matrices aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee CWE data analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions and track performance.

Support and expand Construction University programs to build technical and leadership skills.

Plan and contribute to recurring construction conferences and manage the PTS & SME pool for resource readiness.

Education and Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business or related field.
-4-8 years' experience
 

Required Knowledge and Skills:
-Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction operations or workforce development.
-Learning & Development / Communications experience
-Familiarity with Bechtel’s construction systems and processes preferred
-Strong project management and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
-Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
