The Opportunity

As a Senior Marketing Channel Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven marketing strategy, helping us make smarter decisions about where and how we invest in customer acquisition. You’ll lead the charge in building out our acquisition analytics systems, working across a wide range of channels—from search and social to streaming and direct mail. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to expert for acquisition analytics, helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we go next. Your work will directly influence how we reach new customers and grow our brand.
Analytics & Attribution
-Manage Adobe Analytics tracking and BigQuery data warehouse systems to bring attribution in-house.
-Develop and maintain attribution models that account for:
-Clickthrough and viewthrough channels
-Online and offline results
-Omni-channel impact Insights & Reporting
-Own weekly dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to deliver insights to Marketing and Finance teams.
-Apply customer insights, lifetime value, and retention metrics to evaluate acquisition performance. Testing & Optimization
-Lead hold-out testing processes to improve incrementality estimates.
-Guide teams in planning and analyzing statistically significant ad-hoc tests. Collaboration & Strategy
-Partner closely with Acquisition and Finance teams.
-Leverage the Analytics Center of Excellence to stay ahead with tools, insights, and best practices. What You’ll Need

-Customer lifetime value and financial impact analysis Qualifications Experience
-Minimum of 5+ years in analytics, ideally within ecommerce or retail environments focused on acquisition channels. Education
-Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant experience.
