Your Impact
As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in:

-Ensuring all plant equipment is always operating safely and efficiently.

-Championing a robust safety culture throughout the organization.

-Conducting timely repairs based on inspections and proactively addressing maintenance needs.

-Attending and contributing to plant maintenance and safety meetings.
What
You’ll
Do
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and assist in electrical systems for plants and support facilities.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Use a full range of tools and equipment—from hand and power tools to hoists, cranes, welding and testing instruments.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Listen, observe, and troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborating with team members to find and implement solutions.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery, replacing defective parts and ensuring precise, reliable operation.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Clean, lubricate, and maintain plant machinery to maximize efficiency and productivity.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Perform skilled welding and fabrication to repair or enhance equipment.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain inventory, order essential parts and supplies, and keep accurate maintenance records.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, operators, and customers—both in person and via radio/telephone.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Assist fellow maintenance staff and help drive overall plant efficiency.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Work with 480-volt electrical systems (computer batch panel experience a plus).

Looking For

-Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and welding tools and procedures.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for quality work.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Physical capability to lift to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently; able to work at heights and in varied conditions.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and variable shifts as needed.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints; experience with computers and control panels a plus.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Dedication to safety in all aspects of the job.
