Key responsibilitie
-Pricing Operations & Financial Processes
-Lead and manage routine pricing processes to ensure compliance with internal pricing management principle and external regulatory requirements, including:

-Efficient month-end closing and proactive coordination with related cross-functional stakeholders
-Price planning and reporting in planning cycles (AB/RE/Win+, quarterly, monthly)
-Other Ad-hoc: Goods return, special rebate etc.
-Pricing system updates and maintenance in collaboration with IT and Lobs
-Regular distribution fee tracking and analysis of policy/planning/REA and potential risk alert of abnormal fluctuation or trending
-Continuously drive process optimization and efficiency through model, system, dashboard and reporting tools improvement
-MAC Facilitation & Proposal Support
-MAC process facilitation including timeline, meeting arrangement, topic collection, guidance to LOBs and follow-up actions
-Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
-Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to streamline proposal development and approval
-Strategic Finance Business Partnering
-Perform as an expert on Gross to Net analysis to deliver actionable insights/proposal to the organization reflecting financial viability and strategic alignment, i.e. overall NN DF/compensation process review and optimization
-Review, guide and challenge pricing proposals from LOBs and driven cross-functional discussions
-Pricing governance set up and implementation
-Drive continuous improvement in pricing governance and proposal quality
-Champion a culture of financial accountability and strategic thinking across teams
Qualifications

-3-4 years of working experience in financial management
-Big-4 or MNC experience required
-Well-developed data/process management and analytical skills with independent thinking combined with a curiosity to understand business;
-Good business sense and keen at translating business understanding into numbers;
-Fluent both in written and spoken English;
-Good communication, especially to communicate financial analysis result in a logically and structured way;
-Self-driven and strong execution
-Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese University/Oversea University
