The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities related to installation and reline projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, and to quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service skills are key in this role, understanding the customer requirements, communicating and delivering are key components to the success of this position Coordinate and schedule installation and reline projects from initiation to completion. Research's power, air and all other technical aspects of each machine to be installed and prepares preinstall customer checklist and associated documents Distributes preinstall checklist and obtains customer confirmation & sign back. Arrange logistics for equipment, materials, and field crews to job sites. Coordinates with customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader & applications Proactively determines the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts etc. and ensures these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on site Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations. Assist in preparing and reviewing work permits, job hazard analyses, and site surveys. Accurately quote for Recondition equipment, Fabrication, and installation in Maintain accuracy in data entry into project systems Manage multiple projects Prioritize workflow and determine the importance and accuracy of work Provide timely reporting on project status, issues, and resolutions to management. Support project close-out activities, including documentation, client feedback, invoicing and A/R management The ability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service management principles. Qualifications: Prior experience in project coordination within industrial installations, construction, or equipment relines preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in industrial environments. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite. College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Bi-lingual Spanish a plus!
