Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers
• Provide front-line customer service to Amway Business Owners (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction-oriented
• Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
• File documents and provide basic clerical tasks
• Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting
• Responsible to keep retail, office and store neat and presentable at all times
