Job Responsibilities
-Develop and optimize processes for new Packaging technology of SAW products
-Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions for Photolithography
-Defines package requirements for new technology and customer requirements.
-Develops recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization.
-Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.
-Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Job Requirements
-Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2~3 years work experience
-Strong aptitude for research and development and excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors
-Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and comfortable with analysis software tools.
-Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments
-Development or Process engineering background specially in Photolithography process would be an advantage
