Job Responsibilities

-To ensure Dicing process is stable to meet CTQs for quality output
-Review and dispose on-hold material timely (within 24 hrs) and keep Production & Planner informed
-Prepare good quality reports (eg. 1-page summary, 8D, Engineering Qualification)
-Perform process characterization to improve process capability for better Quality, Cost and Delivery
-Conduct quarterly review on OCAP to improve product/process/tool disposition
-Provide weekly report on work progress and respective KPI assigned
-Perform weekly review on quality incident for continuous MTTD improvement
-Documentation update (engineering report, TRB, MRB, SOP, Control Plan, FMEA, etc)
-Actively participate in Ad-hoc task force led by cross functional teams like Yield/QA
-Communicate effectively and timely to stakeholders on new process, procedure and product introduction to the line
Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering with good years of experience working at DPS Process/Equipment engineering in semiconductor packaging industry
-Well versed in 8D problem solving method and statistical tool: SPC, FDC, JMP
-Good interpersonal skill, honest and open minded towards challenges at workplace
-Lead by example, highly motivated, self-discipline and able to work with minimum supervision
