Pay Range: $22.40- $25.60
Job Overview:
We are hiring CDL-A Tractor Trailer Drivers for regional store delivery routes based out of Syracuse, NY. This role offers home-daily scheduling, modern equipment, and stable, year-round work.
Position Highlights:
-Home Daily: No multi-day hauls
-Flexible Scheduling: Start times available to align with operational needs
-Late-Model Equipment: Fleet is 3 years old or newer; primarily automatic transmissions
-Consistent Regional Routes: Deliveries to stores and facilities within the service region
-No-Touch Freight: 99% of freight handled with powered pallet jacks

-Compensation based on verified experience (up to $116,000 annually for top-scale drivers)

Minimum Qualifications:
-Valid Class A CDL
-5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
-Must be at least 21 years old
-Current DOT medical card and acceptable MVR
-Doubles/Triples Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Professional attitude and strong safety commitment
Primary Responsibilities:
-Operate a well-maintained tractor-trailer on local and regional routes
-Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections using provided tools and technology
-Follow all DOT and company regulations to ensure safe delivery operations
-Collaborate with dispatch and delivery teams to maintain route efficiency
Optional Driver Development Pathway:
Experienced drivers may qualify for accelerated pay scale placement
