Job Summary
The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment for students. The aide assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to foster the Catholic identity and values of the school.

Job Responsibilities
-Assist the teacher with classroom instruction and activities.
-Support individual or small group learning under teacher guidance.
-Help maintain an organized and clean classroom environment.
-Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess.
-Reinforce positive behavior and the school’s Catholic values.
-Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
-Assist with clerical duties as needed (e.g., copying, filing).
-Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required.

Job Requirements
-Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
-Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
-Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude.
-Willingness to support and uphold the Catholic identity of the school.
