Job Summary
St Bridget of Kildare Catholic School, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Teacher’s Aide to support classroom instruction and provide assistance to teachers and students in a Christ-centered learning environment. The Teacher’s Aide helps facilitate daily classroom operations, promotes student engagement, and contributes to a safe, respectful, and faith-filled atmosphere aligned with Catholic values.
Job Responsibilities
-Assist the classroom teacher in preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom activities.
-Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
-Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, playground, or other school settings as assigned.
-Help maintain a clean, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment.
-Monitor student behavior and support school rules and teacher expectations.
-Encourage and model Christian values and behaviors in line with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
-Respect confidentiality in matters related to students and staff.
-Perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and organizing supplies.
-Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development as required
