Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, 5-10 Years PQE, Staffordshire, c£60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 0639.
• Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with between 5-10 Years PQE with broad corporate and commercial experience.
• You will be responsible for your own caseload whilst supporting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
• Your caseload will include company formation, memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring and reorganization and shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be a driven, determined and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
