Regulatory Lead - Drive Crop Protection Strategy Across Central Europe

Location: Home-Based (Poland)

Are you an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional looking to make a real impact across Poland, Central Europe, and the CIS region?

Our client, a global leader in agricultural innovation, is seeking a Country Regulatory Manager to oversee and guide the registration and compliance of plant protection products and biosolutions in this strategically important region. This is a unique chance to take a senior position within a forward-looking business known for its commitment to sustainability, cutting-edge science, and meaningful global contribution.

You'll be joining a company with a strong heritage in chemistry and life sciences that sees innovation and social responsibility as two sides of the same coin. With a progressive mindset and substantial investment in R&D, particularly in biological and environmentally responsible technologies, this organisation offers the opportunity to be part of something that goes beyond compliance, helping shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

In this role, you will be the key regulatory contact for the region; shaping strategy, driving submissions, and ensuring that vital agricultural solutions reach the market efficiently and compliantly. From managing complex authorisations to maintaining strong ties with local and EU regulators, your expertise will directly support food security, productivity, and environmental responsibility across several countries.

The position also offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive, international team structure. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from Poland while collaborating closely with EMEA and global teams. As the company continues to grow through acquisitions and strategic expansion across Europe, this is an ideal time to join and make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities for Poland, Central Europe, and CIS countries.
* Lead and contribute to national and regional product registration strategies.
* Coordinate dossier submissions with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring timely authorisations.
* Maintain regulatory compliance for the portfolio, working closely with colleagues across registration, SDS/labeling, and classification functions.
* Keep internal systems and reports up to date with the latest regulatory data.
* Actively support internal alignment with EMEA strategy and commercial objectives.

Your Profile:

* Master's degree in Agronomy, Biology, or a similar scientific field.
* At least 10 years' experience in regulatory affairs for plant protection products, with a deep understanding of EU and Polish legislation.
* Experience with risk assessment is highly desirable.
* Native-level Polish and fluent English are essential; Russian or additional languages are a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward.
* Willingness to travel across Central Europe and regularly attend meetings at the company's main European office.

The Offer:

* Permanent, full-time role with flexible home-based setup in Poland.
* Immediate start available.
* High-impact role in a stable yet expanding business with strong European growth plans.
* Access to a global network of experts and continuous opportunities for development.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
