About the Role
As a key member of the support team, you will:
* Provide Direct Support: Assist students with special educational needs one-on-one and in small groups.
* Encourage Progress: Help students with their academic work, social skills, and emotional well-being.
* Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
* Track Student Growth: Keep detailed notes on student development and behaviour.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: At least 6 months of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK classroom.
* DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS check is required. You should either have one on the Update Service or be prepared for a new one.
* Work Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK.
* Passion: A strong commitment to helping all students succeed.
