Pay: GBP13.68 - GBP14.00 per hour (PAYE)

We have an urgent need for a number of Teaching Assistant's to support a variety of primary and secondary schools in the vibrant Crosby community.
We are looking for compassionate and proactive individuals to join our supportive teams. Whether you are a newly qualified TA or an experienced professional, we want to hear from you. We have multiple roles available, from general classroom support to specialised SEN positions.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Working with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
* Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ASD, challenging behaviour, or complex learning needs.
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
* Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing classroom materials and displays.

What We Are Looking For:
* A passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their education.
* A Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) is a plus, but we also welcome applications from unqualified candidates with relevant experience.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or a willingness for one).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
