Job Summary
Valle Catholic Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team for the # school year! We are looking for a dynamic educator who can provide instruction while helping us continue to grow our K-8 program with the long-term goal of expanding into the high school level.
Job Responsibilities
-Design creative lesson plans and classroom activities that support student growth.
-Develop and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment with clear expectations
-Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and behavior documentation
-Communicate consistently with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates
-Collaborate with colleagues through committees and professional development opportunities
-Uphold school policies and report concerns such as suspected abuse, neglect, or harassment
-Perform additional duties as assigned by administration
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Education or higher
-Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate
-Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
