Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
* Support and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Confidence managing projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
* A design-led mindset paired with excellent technical expertise
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams effectively
