Key Responsibilities:
Business planning
and tracking

-Account Level overall business planning and tracking, including OTB, POS, SBP, ST, RFC, etc.
-Overall business performance review, monitor and review business KPI on regular basis by different perspectives
-Account level budget planning and tracking on regular basis, including SWB, T&E etc.
-Based on company strategy or initiative, set up short term target/evaluation scheme/incentive plan, and track result on regular basis
Project Management

-Key Campaign Activation for key stores in company level or account level
-Promotion launch and store

perations including ISC & POP follow up with Field Sales
-Project Management as per business needs
, for example CRM project and Retail Activation project, etc.
-Conduct
cross functional communication and alignment

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

+ years’ experience in Sales , Consultant or Project office
-Strong communication and influence skill
-Good analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
-University degree
