Are you a visionary leader with a heart for care and a head for strategy? Sanctuary Care is on the lookout for a dynamic, inclusive, and values-driven Care Director to lead our London & South East region – home to 30 nursing and residential care homes.

What you’ll be doing:

-Leading a team of passionate Regional Managers, backed by central support teams.
-Championing outstanding care and enriched lives for every resident.
-Driving performance across quality, compliance, and commercial KPIs.
-Building strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
-Supporting recruitment, training, and motivation of our amazing care teams.
-Ensuring our homes are places where people thrive – residents and staff alike.
What you’ll bring:

-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
-A full, valid UK driver’s licence (you’ll be out and about!).
