The Production Technician operates equipment to produce chain and accessories for Campbell Chain brand of products. This is a 1st shift position, working 4 days a week and 10 hours a day Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM daily.

The Build (Responsibilities)
-Operate machines used to calibrate chain.
-Use gauges and visual checks to monitor machine performance.
-Make proper adjustments to ensure machines operate efficiently and maintain high quality output.
-Cross-trained to operate numerous pieces of equipment.
-Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.
-Move material to and from work area.
-Train others as assigned.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product/service, including reporting non-conforming materials.
-Report unusual conditions or questionable items to team lead or supervisor.
-Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
-Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
-Maintain accurate records as required.
-Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by team lead or supervisor.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
-High school diploma or GED.
-Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
-Mechanical abilities and aptitude required.
-Work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week) including Fridays.
-Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
-Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds.
-Climb stairs and ladders.
