We are seekinga strategic and accountable Senior Markeitng Specialist to lead our group marketing and campagin planning and execution across China. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campagins that drive brand awareness, customer enagegement and business growth. The ideal candidtate is a digital native with deep expertise in the China digital ecosystem particularly Wechant and content marketing, and has a proven track record of bringing impactful campaigns to life.
Key responsibilities:
-Stratgetic Campaign Planning & Leadership - work with the regional head of marketing to develop annual and quarterly intergrated marketing campaign calendar for LR Greater China, aligninig with global brand guidlines and local business objectives. Lead the end to end planning, developent and exucution of 360 degree marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Service Delivery, TSO) and to ensure campaign strategics are aligned and effectively localized.
-Content Strategy and Creation - develop a robust content marketing tactic focus on storytelling, customer education and community building. Lead content creation inclduing articles, videos, graphics and interactive format for all digital platforms.
-Digital and channel management - serve as primary owner of LR Wechat Official Account and the LR China website - make sure the right content is delivered via the right channels to the target audience.
-Execution, Anaysis and Optimization - manage the day to day execution of campaigns including content scheduling, community interaction and performance monitor. Track and measure campaign, format and channel performance for continous improvement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
-5+ years expenreince in digital marketing, content marketing
-Proven expirence in campaign management via Wechat Official Account
-Strong portfolio in project management and digital marketing
