Overview
As a ServiceNow Software Developer/ Consultant, you are required to administer and manage ServiceNow Platform for Customer project.
What will you do?

-Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirement
-To manage and handle ServiceNow Platform for customer project.
- ServiceNow software patches.
-To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.
-To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
The ideal candidate should possess:

-Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
-Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field
-At least 1 year of experience with implementation and / or support of ServiceNow / ITIL
-Preferably 1 or more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementation and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linus (RHEL), Windows Server 2029
-Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python,etc
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Good people management skill
-Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Able to work after office hours if required
