Talent Engagement Administrator

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£24,832 - £26,139 per year (pro rata)

Full-Time (35 hours per week) and Part-Time (21 hours per week) positions available

Sitting within the Central Talent Team (CTT) function, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Engagement Administrator to join our dedicated in-house recruitment team; this team provides end-to-end recruitment expertise, supporting the Group operations. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers from the initial recruitment request through to onboarding successful candidates. You’ll be responsible for managing internal approvals, drafting and publishing job adverts, and coordinating pre-employment checks including right to work, criminal records, and references. You’ll also help manage a shared mailbox, responding to complex recruitment queries with professionalism and care.

Skills and experiences:

-Administrative experience
 in a fast-paced environment, ideally within recruitment or HR
-Customer service excellence
, with a strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
-Clear and professional communication skills
, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
-Strong organisational skills
, with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
-Attention to detail
, ensuring accurate data handling and timely updates to records
-Discretion and integrity
, maintaining confidentiality at all times
-Good IT skills with working knowledge of
Excel and Microsoft Office. We use SuccessFactors as our ATS.
